What we run

Five kinds of run

Every run is quoted: tell us where, when and how many, and we come back with a price the same day. Customs and marine park fees are billed at cost.

01 · Guests and crew

Dock to stern

Red Hook, Compass Point, the Ritz-Carlton dock, Cowpet Bay, the seaplane. Out to the boat at anchor, or in from it, with the luggage.

02 · Late and early

Arrivals and departures

A late arrival out to the yacht at anchor after the last ferry. An early departure in for a morning flight. Runs after 18:00 are quoted as such.

03 · Shipside delivery

Alongside, not to a counter

Provisions, laundry, parts and spares brought alongside at anchor. Same day for anything on our shelf. What's on the shelf →

04 · The BVI

Across and back, dry

Guests, crew or paperwork across to the BVI at 28 knots. Passports on the dock at 07:45 for a morning crossing; clearing in is not something we can hurry.

05 · Water

250 gallons to your tanks, or a watermaker by the day

We bring 250 gallons out and pump it into your tanks alongside. Or rent a 50-gallon-an-hour portable watermaker by the day, delivered and connected, and stop counting. Both quoted with the run.

Where we go at the run price

Anywhere from Charlotte Amalie east to Coral Bay, including Christmas Cove, Great Cruz and Francis Bay. Outside that box, or the BVI, we quote the run. If something breaks at anchor on a Tuesday, Loaded Lines comes to you with a spare.

Assistance towing

Dead engine, fouled prop, dragging anchor. Hail us.

Anywhere we can reach. A tow back to a mooring, an anchorage or a yard; a RIB for small boats; and a hand getting onto a dock when the wind is wrong.

01 · Yachts

A tow to somewhere safe

Engine down, prop fouled, rudder gone: we come out, put a line on, and bring you to a mooring, an anchorage or the yard of your choice. Daylight first; after dark we come if we can reach you safely.

02 · Small boats

A RIB for dinghies and tenders

A dead outboard off Christmas Cove doesn't need a tow boat. A RIB comes out, and your tender comes home.

03 · Dockage assistance

Onto the dock, off the dock

A push on the bow in a crosswind, a line run ashore, a boat held off while you sort a fender. The things a second pair of hands and a second boat make easy.

How to reach us

Hail on VHF 16, or call. Tell us where you are, what's wrong, and how many are aboard. We quote on the call and tell you the truth about how long we'll be.
