The difference between a boat that is stopped and a boat that is running is almost never expertise. It is whether the part is on the island. We hold the things that actually fail — because we need them for our own fleet — and we bring them out to you.
Christmas Cove, St. Thomas
How it works
Ordered this morning. Alongside this afternoon.
Ask anyone else in these islands for a part and the answer is Florida, four days, and a taxi to a dock. We clear our own imports, hold stock here, and run our own boats out of Compass Point — so it comes to where you are lying, not to a counter for someone to collect.

A service target, not a guarantee — weather, customs and sea state all get a vote.
If it isn't
Send the part number, a photograph of the plate, or a photograph of the broken thing. We source out of Europe, China and the US mainland on our own consolidation, and we tell you the truth about the date — including the times the honest answer is that somebody else can do it faster.
We consolidate weekly, so a part that misses one shipment does not wait a month.
If it doesn't exist
Past about twenty years old a boat stops having a parts catalogue. We carry a 10 m inspection camera and a 3D scanner and we own the laser and folder at the other end — so a part that can only be supplied broken can be scanned, modelled and made.
Tanks, enclosures, brackets, mounts, and curved laminated glass or Lexan for apertures nobody will quote.
Not a catalogue. This is the list we built for our own boats and our own fleet, which is a different list from the one a distributor would give you.
01 · Because we break them too
Suzuki outboard parts
We run Suzukis hard across our own fleet, eight months a year, in salt. The shelf reflects that: the things that actually fail down here, held here, rather than the things a catalogue thinks you might want. If your engine is stopped this morning there is a fair chance the part is forty minutes away.
Impellers, thermostats and water pump kits
Anodes — engine, gearcase and trim
Fuel filters, water separators and VST elements
Oil, gear oil and service kits
Props, hubs and hardware
Trim and tilt spares, control cables
02 · Standard sizes only, on purpose
Watermaker filters and membranes
We stock standard RO membranes and standard prefilter cartridges and nothing proprietary. Standard sizes exist in every port on earth, cost a fraction of a branded cartridge, and mean you are never held hostage by a manufacturer's business model. This is the single most common thing we are called about, and the easiest to solve.
Standard RO membranes, common sizes
Sediment and carbon prefilters
Housings, O-rings and seals
High-pressure pump seals and valve kits
Pickling and cleaning chemicals
Test kits and TDS meters
03 · 5 kW to 20 kW, and the small stuff
Battery chargers
Our own charger range in stainless IP67, air or water cooled, with variable voltage and frequency input so it accepts any shore power in the world and any generator you point at it. Plus the ordinary chargers, regulators and alternator parts that keep an existing system alive while you decide what to do about it.
5, 10, 15 and 20 kW onboard chargers
Stainless IP67, air cooled or water cooled
External regulators and alternator temperature sensors
High-output alternators, belts and pulleys
Shore inlets, cordsets and galvanic isolators
04 · Split phase, solar controller inside
Inverters
Split-phase inverters sized for compressor surge rather than just running load — 48,000 BTU of air conditioning starts on them, and so does a 50 gph watermaker. Solar charge controllers are built in, which removes a box, a cable run, a fuse and a failure point from the install.
Split-phase inverter / chargers, 120/240
Integrated solar charge controllers
Pure-sine inverters, smaller sizes
Transfer switches and distribution
Shunts, monitors and remote displays
05 · 16 kWh modules, and the parts around them
Batteries
Our 16 kWh LiFePO4 module in a 316 stainless IP67 enclosure with integrated fire suppression, internal BMS and a remote monitoring display — built to a custom shape when your compartment isn't a rectangle. Plus the busbars, fusing and cable that most installations get wrong.
16 kWh LiFePO4 modules, parallel to 200 kWh+
Custom enclosures cut to your compartment
Class T fusing, busbars, shunts
Battery cable, lugs and terminations
Monitoring displays and shunt kits
Conventional AGM and starting batteries
06 · Sized to the bank, not the catalogue
Generators
DC and conventional sets specified against the bank and the charger as one calculation, so the machine runs at load and then stops. Worth reading the charger page first — on most refits the generator you already own is fine and the charger is what changes.
DC generators, variable speed
Conventional AC sets where they suit
Sound shields, exhaust and mounts
Impellers, filters and service kits
Raw water pumps and heat exchangers

Tell us what's stopped
A part number is ideal. A photograph of the plate is nearly as good. A photograph of the broken thing is usually enough.
